PAIN TREATMENT

Our Medical Office Is An Interdisciplinary Medical Partnership That Is Uniquely Qualified To Deal With Pain Disorders.
Interventional Pain Management

Interventional Pain Management is the discipline of medicine devoted to the diagnosis and treatment of pain related disorders principally with the application of interventional techniques in managing subacute, chronic, persistent, and intractable pain, independently or in conjunction with other modalities of treatments.

Interventional Pain Management Techniques

Interventional Pain Management techniques are minimally invasive procedures including, percutaneous precision needle placement, with placement of drugs in targeted areas or ablation of targeted nerves; and some surgical techniques such a laser or endoscopic diskectomy, intrathecal infusion pumps and spinal cord stimulators, for the diagnosis and management of chronic, persistent or intractable pain.

The combined clinical expertise of Dr. Rosenbaum and Dr Nasiek, both board certified and extensively experienced in their respective specialities, gives Allied Neurology and Interventional Pain Practice unsurpassed ability to evaluate, diagnose and treat disorders that results in pain, including injuries to the head, neck, back, spine and nerves.

The complete armamentarium of medicines effective in the management of pain are utilized as indicated. The practice also has extensive experience working with chiropractors, acupuncturists, physical therapists and holistic practitioners in conservative and non-invasive techniques to treat pain.

If these prove inadequate, ANIPP is equipped to provide the full spectrum of state-of-the-art interventional procedures.

The Practice also has well-established cooperative relationships with neurosurgery and spinal surgery specialists if such approaches prove to be necessary.
